ASMB process fails with ORA-4031 when FLASHBACK mode is enabled

A database configured to use ASM for the storage, ASMB process continuously fails with error ORA-4031.  This process communicates with the ASM instance to receive information like statistics, extent mapping for the space allocated for the datafiles, etc.

If ASMB process fails, the database instance fails.

- DB using ASM
- FLASHBACK mode enabled
- Large memory allocated for ASM extent pointer array
