Symptoms

After upgrading ASM environment from 10.1.0.3.0 to 10.2.0.2.0, operating system generates messages :

<HOSTNAME> syslog: OCR initialization failed accessing OCR device: PROC-26: Error while accessing the
physical storage Operating System error [No such file or directory] [2]

These messages were not generated before the upgrade.
