OpenVMS: TNS-12554: TNS:current operation is still in progress (Doc ID 428922.1)

Running Oracle 10gR2 on OpenVMS.

The following errors are shown in the Listener log file :

      TNS-12554: TNS:current operation is still in progress
      TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
      TNS-00524: Current operation is still in progress
      VMS Error: 36: insufficient privilege or object protection violationasync event)

Note that VMS Error 36 has been incorrectly translated to a DCL error.

This is really a VMS CRTL error which translates to:

   #define EINPROGRESS 36 /* Operation now in progress */
