Parallel Export Fails With Error ORA-39095 If There Are Less Specified Files Than Slaves (Doc ID 433391.1)

Symptoms

When trying to export using PARALLEL clause with one dumpfile, or a number of dumpfile less than the parallelism value.

The export may fail with the following error:

ORA-39095: Dump file space has been exhausted: Unable to allocate 8192 bytes
