Symptoms

Cluvfy shows error Path "/tmp/" does not exist and cannot be created on nodes.

Example:
Check: User equivalence for user "<oracle>"
Node Name Comment
------------------------------------ ------------------------
<HOSTNAME2> passed
<HOSTNAME1>passed
<HOSTNAME4> passed
<HOSTNAME3> passed
Result: User equivalence check passed for user "<oracle>".

ERROR:
Path "/tmp/" does not exist and cannot be created on nodes:
<HOSTNAME1>
Verification will proceed with nodes:
<HOSTNAME2>,<HOSTNAME4>,<HOSTNAME3>
