Symptoms

After a recent migration, following error is seen: 

Ora-07445: Exception Encountered: Core Dump [Access_violation][unable_to_trans_pc] [PC:0x621F54AF] [ADDR:0x28] [UNABLE_TO_READ] []

There may or may not be any entries under the 'stack trace' section of the trace file.

If search on 'statement' in trace file, we will see that this code or some other java related SQL was running:

alter java source "Moh" resolve
