ORA-600 [Kspsetpao2] When Creating SPFILE From PFILE (Doc ID 434228.1)

Symptoms

Getting this error when trying to create SPFILE from PFILE or alter SPFILE.

OR

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kspsetpao1], [1583], [1563], [*], [UTL_FILE_DIR], [1], [], []

Current SQL statement for this session:

alter system set shared_pool_size=550M scope=spfile

Changed PFILE to include extra UTL_FILE_DIR directories as in below, stopped and restarted database using PFILE.
