Symptoms
The following error may be reported in the alert log when querying a v$ or gv$ view such as v$rule:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kwrsrcb()+1008] [SIGSEGV] [Address not mapped to object] [0x0] [] []
The call stack in the trace file resembles:
kwrsrcb
qerfxFetch
qergsFetch
