Symptoms

When trying to make a connection using the Oracle Provider for OLE DB with a UDL file results in the error:

"Microsoft DataLink Error Test connection failed because not all properties can be set.
Window Handle (BAD VALUE)"

Steps to reproduce problem:
1. Create a new .udl file.
2. Select "Oracle Provider for OLE DB".
3. Enter connection info.
4. Press "Test Connection".
5. Received error message below.
6. Continue the connection.
7. Connection OK.

Window Handle (BAD VALUE) Continue with test connection?

If you Click Yes at that point, the connection will test successfully.

New install of the Oracle Provider for OLE DB and Oracle Client on 64-bit Windows.
