MSCPDP MSCPDPW RDBMS version 10.2.0.2.0 and through at least 11.2.0.2
Symptoms
On RDBMS versions 10.2.0.2.0 through at least 11.2.0.2
MSCPDPW module: Planning Data Pull Worker fails with:
Procedure LOAD_PROCESS_EFFECTIVITY started.
Error pulling data from MRP_AP_PROCESS_EFFECTIVITY_V to
MSC_ST_PROCESS_EFFECTIVITY.
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [15818], [666], [6], [65], [2], [0], [], []

STEPS:
1. Upgraded from 11.5.9 to 11.5.10 Apps and RDBMS version 10.2.0.2.0
2. Applied latest ATP patches
3. Ran ATP Data Collection
