Database Vault Default Realms Can't Be Seen Within The Browser (Doc ID 436617.1)

Oracle Database Vault - Version: 10.2


After installing Oracle Database Vault the default realms can't be seen within the browser. This problem occurs when using either MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla.  However when querying the back end tables it is obvious that the relams got created:


The browser's language is set to something different than English.


Instance's  NLS_LANGUAGE parameter is set to a value different than  AMERICAN.
