On these platforms (IBM Power Based Linux) "opatch lsinventory" or "opatch lsinventory -detail" is
throwing the following error  even though there is a valid oraInst.loc file in "/etc".

OPatch cannot find a valid oraInst.loc file to locate Central Inventory.
OPatch failed with error code 104

But "opatch lsinventory -invPtrLoc /etc/oraInst.loc" works fine
