ORA-600 [729] / ORA-04031 With SGA_TARGET and Rman Incremental Backups

Symptoms
1. Block Change Tracking and Automatic Shared Memory Management (ASMM) are enabled.
2. Auto-SGA is enabled.
3. Shortly after startup the following errors occurred:
ORA-04031: unable to allocate 4080 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","sga heap(1,0)","library cache")
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 14039
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [729], [800], [space leak]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1234], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

4. These errors were produced during an RMAN incremental backups, but could occur under other conditions.
