Ora-00600: [Koxsmusz2] during Upgrade (Doc ID 444849.1)

Symptoms

During an upgrade to Oracle 10g Release 2 catupgr.sql script produces 
an ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [koxsmusz2].
