Following the steps mentioned in <Note 145843.1> and restarting the database we are getting ORA-12638 at startup.
To solve this we need to change the SQLNET.ORA parameter SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICE from NTS to NONE which allow you to start the Database.Unfortunately, now we cannot connect to the database using "/ as sysdba" and getting ORA-01031.
Changes are made according to <Note 145843.1> "How to configure RMAN to write to share drives onWindows NT/2000"
