Symptoms
Summary -->
TCPS has been configured in the listener.
With SQL*Plus, you get the following error:
ERROR: ORA-28759: Failed to open file (on the client side)
Other errors may include:
TNS-12560: TNS:protocol adapter error
TNS-00540: SSL protocol adapter failure
Normal TCP connections are working
