RAC Node Startups Delayed Repartitioning Queue Tables after Failover (Doc ID 453392.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


A time delay is observed on node startup due to the execution of repartitioning queries by the qmon coordinator process after RAC reconfiguration has taken place.

The environment is a 3-node RAC cluster.

The database contains hundreds of Advanced Queueing (AQ)  tables.
