NetCA Hangs while DBCA/DBUA are working (Doc ID 454817.1)

The dbca and dbua tools are working from the command line, but runnig NetCA hangs.

Separate Sun JRE is installed in the system. Environment variables have been adjusted:

PATH contains other JRE or Oracle Homes paths before the correct Oracle Home path
JAVA_ROOT / JRE_HOME environment variables are present and set to the Sun JRE
