Receiving errors when saving a pfile from an spfile using rman:

RMAN-03002: failure of restore command at 08/21/2007 01:39:32
ORA-07391: sftopn: fopen error, unable to open text file.

This is the syntax being used:

RESTORE SPFILE TO PFILE '/<PATH>/pfile.ora' FROM AUTOBACKUP;
