Missing LOGOFF Time Of Session in DBA_AUDIT_SESSION / DBA_AUDIT_TRAIL (Doc ID 456090.1)

Symptoms

Auditing is enabled for session. Up on checking DBA_AUDIT_SESSION, it is found that there are some opened session records (which sessions do not currently exist in the system).

 

Database was shutdown using Shutdown immediate on weekly basis.

There sessions are non existent in the database and no entries for these connections in V$session
