Query Does Not Use Bind Peeking If Predicate Is (Sysdate-N). if query predicate (finish_time>sysdate-1) matches only few rows in table it should use "index range scan" and for predicate (finish_time>sysdate-100) which matches 99% of rows it should use "full table scan", but in both the cases its going for "index range scan"
