Symptoms

Trying to create an index using the following SQL:

SQL>CREATE INDEX "IMRAN" ON QURESHI."EMP" ("FIRSTNAME", "LASTNAME")
PCTFREE 10
TABLESPACE PSAPOTHI
STORAGE (INITIAL 0000000064 K
NEXT 0000000064 K
MINEXTENTS 0000000001
MAXEXTENTS UNLIMITED
PCTINCREASE 0000
FREELISTS 001); 

Get error

ORA-00603: ORACLE server session terminated by fatal error 

Alertlog contains following errors

ORA-01114: IO error writing block to file 1502 (block # 179465)
ORA-27063: skgfospo: number of bytes read/written is incorrect
IBM AIX RISC System/6000 Error: 28: No space left on device
