ORA-600 [729] [space leak] With Leaked Memory in 'kodxxxx' (Doc ID 459401.1)

Symptoms

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [729], [152], [space leak], [],  signalled occasionally when a session logs off. The trace file shows the following chunks:

Chunk 4dbaf5b98 sz= 56 freeable "koddcal dvoid "
Chunk 4dbaf5bd0 sz= 96 freeable "kodmcon kodmc "
Chunk 4dbaf5c30 sz= 15448 free " "

The argument after ORA-600 [729] is the size of the leaked memory in bytes. This is equal to the sum of the sizes of the labelled memory chunks in the trace file.
