Symptoms
When trying to use a newly created DBLink from Oracle RDBMS to Oracle RDB, the following error is displayed:
Note, in this case, the connection is successful and appears to work. Also note, using interactive SQL to do a SHOW TABLE SQL_CAPABILITY, the table does exist.
