1. Various ORA-7445 errors occurring in or called from ldx* modules. This can include various call stacks but a few examples are:
lxoUcCmp ldxite ldxsnfcom ldxsnfcom ...
ldxsnfcom ldxsnf ldxgpc ...
ldxsnfcom ldxsnf ldxsti ...
ldxsnf ldxgpc evadrn evaopn2 ...
2. The session had previously executed SQL that had a DATE operator that used NLS (explicitly or implicitly) and raised an Oracle error of some form.
3. A subsequent operation in the same session then core dumps when trying to execute a CORE date function. (There should be an "ldx*" function at the top of the call stack before we enter error handling functions).
