Space usage figures in v$recovery_file_dest and v$flash_recovery_area_usage are misleading when
the Flash Recovery Area location is changed. The figures in these views represent files place in
the FRA both past and present so they could give the impression that the space usage in the
CURRENT FRA is much higher than it actually is and cause space management routines to 'kick in' when there is plenty of free space in the new FRA.
