Streams Propagation
No messages are propagated and attempting to stop the queue does not complete.
From a system state dump/ level 266 the following are observed:
- the relevant qmon worker / q0* is holding a shared lock on the Streams
queue (mode=S);
- this process is performing : 'db file sequential read';
- this process shows in its stack the functions :
.. kwqbmrcvq() kwqbmrcvmain() kwqmnslv() ...
- other processes are waiting on this process to complete
