How to disable tracing set in a session with SQL_TRACE parameter?
You have tried one of the following methods but tracing has not stopped:
1) ORADEBUG event 10046 trace name context off
2) execute dbms_system.set_sql_trace_in_session(<SID>,<SERIAL#>,false)
