Symptoms

a) ORA-07445 will be reported in alert log including an argument of [_pi_jaro_winkler_int] or [pi_jaro_winkler_int]
b) The ORA-07445 trace file will show in the 'Current SQL' the use of :- UTL_MATCH.JARO_WINKLER_SIMILARITY
c) The ORA-07445 trace will have a stack trace similar to :-

pi_jaro_winkler_int pi_jw_similarity pevm_icd_call_comm pfrinstr_ICAL
pfrrun_no_tool pfrrun plsql_run peicnt kkxuexe kkxmpsexe kgmexwi kgmexec evapls evaopn2

The stack is not reported in full here but instead shows the most important calls with the aim
of rediscovery.  If the functions 'pi_jaro_winkler_int' and 'pi_jw_similarity' are seen this article
is likely to cover a known issue.
