DATA PUMP Export Job Fails With ORA-39127 When Exporting Text Indexes (Doc ID 462323.1)

Symptoms

A full export Data Pump job,  used to move tables with Text indexes on them
from a source database to a target one, fails with errors like the one reported below:

where TEST_IDX is an Oracle Text index owned by user SCOTT.
