How to use Oracle synonyms with TimesTen Cache Connect READ ONLY cache groups (Doc ID 463330.1)

last_calling_party char(10) , descr char(100), primary key (vpn_id,vpn_nb))
unique hash on ( vpn_id, vpn_nb) pages=40;

5142: Autorefresh is not allowed on cache groups with Oracle synonyms
