Why is "DDL on base table after creating trigger" reported in the Timesten message log? (Doc ID 464240.1)

The following type of Information message is seen in the TimesTen daemon log:

10:44:55.64 Info: ORA: 11282: ora-11282-77503408-Refresh01286: DDL on base table after creating trigger - DDL has been executed on table TT.DUMMYCLI after the cache group TT.DUMMY_CLI in datastore /datastores/tt702 was created. The cache group may not be refreshed or may be out of sync.
