Goal

This note describes how to recreate the OCR Cluster Registry (and voting disk file) on hp OpenVMS  
Itanium and Alpha platforms running Oracle Clusterware 10.2.

You should always first consider restoring your Cluster Registry file from backup or from a mirror site if possible.  There may be circumstances where a complete rebuild of the Cluster Registry is desirable.
