Oct07 CPU Patch causes Export Errors PLS-00201, ORA-06550, ORA-06512 (Doc ID 465018.1)

Symptoms


Prior to applying Oct 07 CPU, daily export worked fine. System had 9.2.0.8 with Jul07 CPU at that point.

Applied Oct07 CPU.

Export generated many errors.

Rolled back Oct07 CPU, re-applied Jul07 CPU and export worked fine.

Re-applying Oct07 CPU, export job began failing again as below.
