ORA-7445 Error Encountered When Running An ALTER USER Statement On a Database Vault Protected DB (Doc ID 465685.1)

Whenever running an ALTER USER statement on a database with the Database Vault option the following error occcurs :

ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

The trace file generated for this session contains the following errors :

This issue may start to surface after adding audit option EXECUTE PROCEDURE to all or particular users.
