Symptoms

1. The following errors are reported in the alert.log:

Errors in file /apps/oracle/database/<SID>/admin/udump/<SID>_ora_18075.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [À] [SIGSEGV] [unknown code] [0x000000144] [] []

2. There may be SQL reported in the trace file:
