Symptoms

The errors ORA-29400 KUP-4020 are encountered while executing queries against external tables with huge records:

ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server P002
ORA-29913: error in executing ODCIEXTTABLEFETCH callout
ORA-29400: data cartridge error
KUP-04020: found record longer than buffer size supported
