ORA-600 [733], ORA-7445 [ptdadh()+xx], and ORA-4030 Groupings Seen During Bulk Insert Job (Doc ID 466843.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

1. During a bulk insert job, the following grouping of errors are seen (the ORA-600 [733] may or may not be seen in the grouping):

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [733]

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ptdadh()+56][SIGSEGV] [Invalid permissions for mapped object]

ORA-04030: out of process memory when trying to allocate 1202072 bytes (PLS non-lib hp,DARWIN)


2. The failing SQL is an insert statement.

3. A bulk insert job is being run with save exceptions.

4. The insert job is either long running or is inserting into a table with an extremely large number of rows.
