Using FLASHBACK_TIME Option With DataPump Import (IMPDP) Fails With Error ORA-1555 (Doc ID 467123.1)

Symptoms

DataPump Import fails with ORA-1555 when FLASHBACK_TIME option is used, e.g.:

#> impdp tables=<SCHEMA_NAME>.<TABLE_NAME> network_link=<DB_LINK_NAME> FLASHBACK_TIME=to_timestamp\(sysdate\) content=data_only

 raises an error stack like:

ORA-31693: Table data object "<SCHEMA_NAME>"."<TABLE_NAME>" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
ORA-01555: snapshot too old: rollback segment number  with name "" too small
ORA-02063: preceding line from <DB_LINK_NAME>
