Ora-3113 Raised While Debugging, ORA-7445 ORA-600 ORA-04067 ORA-06508 in Alert.Log (Doc ID 467318.1)

Symptoms

Debugging a store procedure in SQLPLUS, SQL Developer and Toad from a user fails with:

ORA-3113 end-of-file on communication channel.


The Alert.log may contain the following entry:

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [ACCESS_VIOLATION] [pfrtcs+32] 
    [PC:0x5D32F8E] [ADDR:0xFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF] [UNABLE_TO_READ] [] 
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kgantc_1], [0], [1], [], [], [], [], [] 
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [17285], [0x0195D1C10], [4294967295], 
    [0x7FFC8794010], [], [], [], [] 
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1 
ORA-04067: not executed, package body "USER.PBSDE" does not exist 
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "USER.PBSDE" 
ORA-06512: at line 1  

The error does not occur debugging from SYS and SYSTEM user.
