Import Into A Non Secured Table After Installing Database Vault Fails With ORA-1031

Symptoms

User PFA, who has been granted the IMP_FULL_DATABASE and EXP_FULL_DATABASE roles,  exports its table T1:

[oracle@oratest3-ro dbs]$ exp pfa/pfa file=mypfa5.dmp owner=pfa

Export terminated successfully with warnings.

This table is not a secured object. User PFA tries to import back in the data which was just exported and the operation fails :

The data gets imported correctly but no matter what's being tried the errors keep occuring.

Changes

These errors are occuring only after the installation of the Database Vault. The errors are still occuring even after Database Vault is disabled .
