Goal

The purpose of this note is to provide information on setting up an Lightweight Directory Access Protocol
(LDAP) client under Oracle 10.1.X on OpenVMS. This client will access an Oracle Internet Directory
application on another server.

 Step 1. Setup your ldap.ora file under your 10.1 Oracle code tree on the OpenVMS node.
 Step 2. Add names.directory_path  to your sqlnet.ora file to indicate that LDAP is used.
 Step 3. Test the connection:
