signalled by the mman process, followed by instance failure:
ORA-00822: MMAN process terminated with error
Instance terminated by PMON, pid = 18561
The trace file for the ORA-7445 [$cold_kspptval] contains the stack trace:
$cold_kspptval <- $cold_kspset <- ksp_bg_param_update <- kmgs_update_param_auto <- kmgsdrv <- ksbabs <- ksbrdp <- opirip <- opidrv <- sou2o
This can be caused by running any program, such as datapump, which requires the streams pool to be defined. The instance must be using an spfile.
