Removing the Database Vault as described in
http://download.oracle.com/docs/cd/B28359_01/server.111/b31222/dvdisabl.htm#DVADM012 consistently
fails with "java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no ocijdbc11 in java.library.path":

$ dvca -action disable -service PCIT -instance PCIT -dbname PCIT -owner_account DBVGURU -logfile
