interMedia Showing up as INVALID in DBA_REGISTRY After Patching from 10.1.x to Higher 10.1 Patchset Level

Symptoms
- After patching an existing database from 10.1.x to a higher 10.1 patchset level interMedia is showing up as INVALID in the DBA_REGISTRY view.
- The following query brings back two rows, showing that the procedure VALIDATE_ORDIM once exists in the SYS schema and once in the ORDSYS schema. The procedure in the ORDSYS schema is INVALID:
