Symptoms
The following error is seen in the alert log:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [joxlu_dolookup]
The following errors are seen by the user:
ORA-01041: internal error. hostdef extension doesn't exist
memory exhausted
ORA-24323: value not allowed
Error accessing package DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO
ERROR:
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE
The call stack can look like this:
joxlu_dolookup joxlu_lookup jox24_update_lock ioc_referenced_classes iocbf_referenced_classes ...
Java DDL such as "loadjava" may have been executed concurrently in multiple sessions.
An APPS patch may have been applied. APPS patches are known to implement concurrent java DDL activity.
