Capture aborts with an ORA-1361 error after changing database global_name (Doc ID 548982.1)

Symptoms

Capture aborts on startup with the following errors:

 

error 1333 in STREAMS process
ORA-01333: failed to establish Logminer Dictionary
ORA-01304: subordinate process error. Check alert and trace logs
ORA-01361: global name mismatch
OPIRIP: Uncaught error 447. Error stack:
ORA-00447: fatal error in background process
ORA-01333: failed to establish Logminer Dictionary

ORA-01361: global name mismatch

 

A health check report of the capture database show the following warnings:
