ORA-00600 [kghispih:ds] is seen when generating SYSTEMSTATE from ALTER SESSION (Doc ID 549911.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

The error will be seen on trying to generate a SYSTEMSTATE via :-

alter session set events 'immediate trace name systemstate level xxx'

The session may see ORA-600 or OR-3113 and in both cases the alert will report
the ORA600.  The stack will be similar to :-
