Symptoms
On a 10gR2 (10.2.0.2) CRS/RAC OpenVMS cluster, the OCRCHECK command reports the following OCR file synchronization problem:
$ ocrcheck
Status of Oracle Cluster Registry is as follows :
Version : 2
Total space (kbytes) : 262120
Used space (kbytes) : 3260
Available space (kbytes) : 258860
ID : 1459159843
Device/File Name : disk$ora:[oracle.ocr]ocr.dat
Device/File integrity check succeeded
