Symptoms

1. The following error is reported in the alert log:

     ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kkoarl1]

2. The current SQL may query a view.

3. The view DDL may use the extractValue function.

4. The call stack may resemble:
     kkoarl <- kkoiqb <- kkooqb <- kkoqbc <- apakkoqb <- apaqbd <- kkofkrSetup ...

5. The call stack may also resemble:
